Work With Me

Deep work.
Real movement.

Coaching is the container. Yoga Nidra, hypnosis, NLP, breathwork, somatic work and guided practices are tools I may bring in when they actually serve the person in front of me.

The first step

Le Premier Pas

90 minutes · Private 1:1

A focused private session for the thing that is actually here now: a decision, a pattern, a relationship, a transition, a place where you keep circling.

Depending on what is useful, the session may include coaching, NLP, somatic inquiry, guided relaxation or hypnosis. It is not a miniature 12-week program. It is a strong first step.

Lower-investment entry

L’Entrée

A private lower-investment way to work together. L’Entrée has its own purpose and structure; details will be available soon.

Signature program

Fragment Assembly:
Assemble Your Fragments

12 weeks · Coming Soon

This is the program the brand grew from. We work with the fragments you have collected across your life—what you learned, what you survived, what worked, what failed, what no longer fits—and begin building coherence instead of collecting another technique.

The work may draw from coaching, NLP, somatic practices, Yoga Nidra, hypnosis, breathwork, reflection, behavioral experiments and integration. The exact sequence is personalized rather than forced into a cookie-cutter script.

Ongoing work

Private 1:1 Coaching

For people who want an ongoing private container rather than a fixed curriculum. We work with what is current, track patterns over time, and use the modalities that best fit the work.

Relationships

Relationship Coaching

Private relationship coaching for individuals or couples who want clearer communication, boundaries, perspective, decision-making and pattern awareness. This is coaching—not psychotherapy or couples counseling.

The method

Why Yoga Nidra can come before hypnosis.

Through years of working with movement, bodies, Yoga Nidra and deep rest, I repeatedly noticed something: being still and being deeply relaxed are not the same thing.

I can meet you in deep stillness. There is a time to soften—and there is a time to stop negotiating with the same old patterns and cut through the bullshit. My work knows the difference.

We soften so we can do the work—not so we can avoid it.
Settle

Arrive in the body. Reduce noise. Learn the difference between lying still and beginning to settle.

Soften

Release unnecessary effort and bracing so body and mind become more receptive.

See

See the pattern, contradiction, habit, belief, identity or protective strategy that is actually here.

Shift

Use the right tool: coaching, Yoga Nidra, hypnosis, somatic practice, breath, NLP, movement—or a combination.

Surrender

Stop controlling every inch. Integrate the change and let the new pattern become lived.

First: what hypnosis is not

No, I do not take control of your mind.

Hypnosis is often confused with stage performance. You are not handing over your will, becoming unconscious, losing the ability to choose, being forced to reveal secrets, or being made to do something against your values.

In my work, hypnosis is one tool inside a broader coaching process—not the whole method and not a magic trick.

It can also be used in goal-focused work around habits and behavior change—including smoking cessation—when that is the work a client wants to address. It is still not a guarantee or a command imposed on you; the work is collaborative.

The observation that changed my sequencing

Still is not always relaxed.

Someone can lie motionless while muscular tension, mental effort and emotional vigilance remain active underneath. That observation changed how I prepare many clients for hypnosis.

For many clients, I highly recommend approximately three Yoga Nidra or deep-relaxation sessions first—not because hypnosis is impossible without them, and not as a universal rule, but to build familiarity with progressively deeper physical and mental settling before deeper internal work.

Deep relaxation → Yoga Nidra → hypnosis / pattern work → integration.

Yoga Nidra and hypnosis are different practices. In my work, they can complement one another because they do different jobs.

In Yoga Nidra I may guide people toward emotionally intense material—loss, illness, separation, mortality, judgment, fear or other experiences we instinctively want to move away from—while the body is deeply settled. I have even guided group practices through imagery around death and cremation. What interested me was not the imagery itself. It was what I observed: people could sometimes remain with very intense internal experience without the same visible activation I have seen when difficult material emerges more directly in hypnosis.

During hypnosis, I have sometimes observed tension, agitation, shaking or vigilance as emotionally charged material comes forward. Yoga Nidra gives us a different place to begin: a chance to practice meeting internal and emotional experience while the body remains as settled as possible, before, when appropriate, moving into hypnosis. The aim is not to make difficult emotion disappear. It is to build another way of meeting it—so an old pattern is not the only available response.

Sometimes I work with emotions through sensory or symbolic imagery—for example, giving an emotion a physical quality, introducing an opposite or resource emotion such as compassion alongside judgment, or using a guided image to help someone relate differently to what is present. These are guided metaphors, not claims about literal physiology.

This is my professional observation and the sequencing I developed through my work. It is not a universal medical rule, and the sequence is adapted to the person.

YIDRA

Born not in a classroom.

The YIDRA Method brings Yin and Yoga Nidra into one integrated practice: physical settling first, then deeper guided rest and internal work. Its sequencing grew from years of teaching and from an older understanding I grew up around—that the body can carry what words have not yet learned how to say.
