Le Premier Pas
A focused 90-minute private session when you need one clear place to begin.
Explore →You already collected the pieces. The therapy. The books. The yoga. The retreats. The lessons. Now we figure out what belongs, what doesn’t, and what you’re ready to build from it.
After years of working with movement, bodies, Yoga Nidra and deep rest, I kept noticing the same thing: people can look completely still while the body is still holding tension and the mind is still watching everything.
That changed the way I prepare people for hypnosis. When appropriate, I often recommend roughly three Yoga Nidra or deep-relaxation sessions first—so settling becomes familiar before we ask the mind to go deeper.
Read the full method →I can meet you in deep stillness. There is a time to soften—and there is a time to stop negotiating with the same old patterns and cut through the bullshit. My work knows the difference.
You are exhausted, but switching off at night is another story. Five minutes on your phone becomes an hour of scrolling you never meant to give away.
Maybe smoking is the habit you want to leave behind—and you have started to suspect the cigarette is only the visible part of a bigger pattern.
Maybe you want to feel better in your body and move toward a weight that feels right for you—without turning your life into another punishment.
Maybe it is a relationship. A decision. A transition. A pattern you understand perfectly and somehow keep repeating.
Maybe you keep procrastinating on the thing you genuinely want. Self-doubt turns into comparison. Comparison turns into scrolling. You know the pattern and still find yourself back inside it.
Maybe you have goals but cannot seem to move toward them—or you are moving constantly and still wondering what all of it is for.
Or maybe nothing is dramatically wrong. You have achieved some of what you wanted, you are still building the rest, and yet something feels unfinished.
You went to therapy. You read the books. You listened to the podcasts.
You learned about attachment, boundaries, the nervous system, mindset, trauma, personality. You journaled. Meditated. Did yoga. Tried coaching, workshops, breathwork or somatic work.
Maybe you flew across the ocean to sit barefoot at a retreat and “find yourself.”
You learned. You changed. Some things helped enormously. Others didn’t.
Every experience left a brushstroke. You learned what helped, what did not, what belongs to you, what you inherited, what you outgrew, and what you are still carrying.
There comes a point when collecting has to become creating.
The work begins at the intersection—where the body meets the mind, conscious understanding meets subconscious patterning, personality meets lived experience, and insight has to become something you can actually live.
I spent years searching for an answer. I became so convinced that something inside me was broken and needed to be fixed that, under the influence of people around me, I even went through exorcism practices—on and off, for years.
That is how far my search took me.
No, this is not religious coaching. I am telling you because when I say I know what it feels like to search everywhere for an answer, I mean it.
Read My Story →You are not an Enneagram number. You are not a Human Design chart. You are not your attachment style, your childhood, your nervous system, or the story you have been repeating for twenty years.
But all of those things can give us information.
I use the Enneagram to understand personality structure—what you reach for under pressure, what you avoid, what you mistake for identity, and what may once have helped you survive or belong. I may use selected Human Design concepts as another exploratory lens for energy and decision-making.
Tarot can enter as symbolic reflection and inquiry—a way to notice, question and explore. Not fortune-telling. Not prediction.
Then I bring everything else into the room: coaching questions, observation, NLP, hypnosis, somatic work, Yoga Nidra, movement, breath, and the pattern recognition that comes from years of working closely with people.
I don’t put you inside a system. I use systems to ask better questions about you.
Coaching is the container. The tools are chosen because they serve the work—not because everyone needs the same sequence.

Explore →The core Fragment Assembly container: identity, patterns, body, subconscious work, integration and action.
Explore →Personalized work using coaching, NLP, somatics, Yoga Nidra and hypnosis when they serve the process.
Explore →Clearer communication, boundaries, decisions and pattern awareness—without turning your relationship into a diagnosis.
Explore →I’m not interested in selling you another identity to perform. My work bridges body-based practices and mindset transformation through coaching, NLP, Yoga Nidra, hypnosis and somatic work.
The goal is not to erase your history. It is to understand what belongs, what does not, and what happens when the fragments finally meet.
